Refund policy

At Ao Dai USA - Boutique, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, because each Ao Dai is crafted with care, we only offer size exchanges to help you find the perfect fit. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for refunds.

Size Exchange Policy:

If the size you selected isn’t quite right, don’t worry! We’ll gladly exchange your item for a different size, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached).
  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that we cannot exchange items for a different design or color at this time.

How to Request a Size Exchange:

  2. Once we confirm availability, ship the item back to us using the instructions provided in our reply.
  3. Upon receiving the item in its original condition, we will process your exchange and send out your new size as quickly as possible!
